Now that Kazuri were able to offer a wider range of products, the demand for their goods increased dramatically. Large orders of tea cups and coffee cups were required, and to this end the simple hand jigger was tooled up to produce these items.

A resin master mould for the manufacture of working 'multi handle moulds' in plaster of paris was made. The hand jigger was tooled up for coffee mugs using a simple mild steel forming tool, and a range of coffee mug moulds were made from plaster of paris.
