Our Senior Consultant Technologist heads a team of qualified and experienced professionals with "in-depth" knowledge of all aspects of the ceramic industry.

He has spent approximately 25 years in the manufacturing of all types of ceramic products, being involved in practical management at all levels of design and production, and a further 10 years or so as a technical consultant for a number of international development organisations.

Originally trained and working in the Potteries district of the UK, this was followed by 18 years in Africa and South America - culminating in the establishment of CMS, where all of the skills developed over the years are applied to effect across the entire spectrum of ceramic manufacturing - offering hands-on knowledge and training in all aspects of the industry.

This incorporates the identification and testing of local resources and raw materials, the design and layout of manufacturing facilities. Commissioning of equipment and the training of local employees in the many skills required.

Establishments have ranged from small craft industries through to large multi-nationals employing several hundred personnel.
